The annual gamer meeting the “Play” took place from May 25th to May 29th 2015, near Soest. 

Next to many exotic and current hardware we found a few Atari consoles, as well. So there was ready to play with up to four players the game Medieval Mayhem (Atari 2600) with paddle controllers. During the event, a tournament was fought with this game, as well. Further there was a Lynx II with a VGA-Mod, which projected on its new internal display a fantastically good picture. Thrown over the picture via VGA-cable on a 42-inch flat screen TV, you could even count slightly oversized pixel. Very impressive. The homebrewer “McWill” who developed this mod has done a great job here.

In addition to many tournaments and some presentations, for example, the recent game “Splatoon” for WiiU, which made a very good impression there was lots of gaming, talking to interesting people, grilling and chilling in nice atmosphere over there.
